Those are not the "Installation Details". Please double check you have installed the following SW:

On the other hand, for development with S32K3 series we recommend to use the latest S32DS and RTD versions:

• S32 Design Studio 3.6.4 – Windows/Linux
• S32K3_S32M27x Real-Time Drivers ASR R21-11 Version 6.0.0

To download IDE, go to S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform page -> Downloads ->
S32 Design Studio 3.6.4 – Windows/Linux

To download RTD, go to S32K3 page -> Design Resources -> Software-> S32K3 Standard Software -> Automotive SW - S32K3/S32M27x - Real-Time Drivers for Cortex-M

Please check before Release Notes for installation flow/details to each SW.

Once you have installed SW, you could refer to various examples.
