Licence activation issue

Hello,

I am using the S32D2 IDE and my licence expirated recently. I am trying to renew the licence by putting the activation code of the old one but it does not work.

I also tried uninstalling the S32DS and installing again but when I put my Activation Code of my old licence through Online activation it stays at 5% forever (See picture below).

I do not know what to do in order to keep using the S32DS IDE. I need this to keep my job.

Please help.

I have returned your license on the server. You should be able to re-activate using the existing activation code.
