I cannot Download S32Design studio

When I tried to dowload S32 Design studio, below messages show and cannot download it.

how can i solve it?

"The software licensing and registration system is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Is this issue resolved?

You need to sign in and request the license for the S32 design studio


Just to make sure you are able to select the download option from 
https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/s32-design-studio-ide:S32-DESIGN-STUDIO-IDE 

And then you are selecting from desired version ( for example S32DS 3.5 as below) 

And make sure that your internet is reliable for using installer. 

Please let us know if issue still persists.
