How to start S32 Design S for PA 2017.R1 - Linux

I installed S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture 2017.R1 on my ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

However, I couldn't find the execute file in the installed folder.

How can I start this app?

I found

/home/user/NXP/S32DS_Power_v2017.R1/

directory. but, there is NOT eclipse/ folder.

Do I need to install eclipse before S32DS installation?

Hi,

looks that something went wrong during installation. Try to re-install again S32DS.

Hi, 

by default is installation executable - s32ds located in /home/user/NXP/S32DS_Power_v2017.R1/eclipse directory. 

I'm not much familiar with Ubuntu Unity GUI, but there should be link on desktop. If not, just navigate to directory above and locate s32ds executable.
