How to setup a UART loopback mode in a S32K144

I have trying to make a Power on built in test for UART with loopback to test the working condition of UART but its not working but normal UART condition is working. please suggest how to set up the UART loopback setup.

only two bits need to be configured (on top of normal configuration): CTRL[LOOPS] and CTRL[RSRC]:
