How to remove c++ compiler in project

I want to use only C compiler without C++ compiler such as A Case.

How to remove C++ compiler in 'B case' ??

C Compiler	C Compiler + C++ Compiler

I'll add: you must check the "Allow all changes" option in order to remove tools (like the C++ compiler, etc)
