The APU compiler license comes with the Vision Extension Package for S32V2xx. Here is a direct link to download the latest version.https://www.nxp.com/webapp/swlicensing/sso/downloadSoftware.sp?catid=NXP-APU-COMPILER
Once you have added this package to your account, you will be able to see the license in your account as well.
