How can S32K quickly program srec files directly into flash?

Does the S32DS have a tool like hiW.exe of CW5.1, which directly programs the s19 file into flash memory?

unfortunately this feature is not present in S32DS. You can select your .srec file insdead .elf file in debug configurations (or flash configurations):
