EmbSysReg view bug in etpu address (MPC5746R)

Hi. Yesterday after having many problems because my project was not going well I realized that the problem was that the addresses of the etpu in some are incorrect in EmbSysReg. I would like to know if there is any way to correct them since the records are not seen correctly.

By example, etpu_ccr_0 is 0xffcc0800 and correct is 0xffcc0400, also etpu_tb2r is tb1r and etpu_tb1r is tb2r.

There are many more errors in some address but I have not seen all of them.
