When i debug the sub-project Z2_3,it shown this message.

What's wrong with my project or should i do some other configuration?

Hi, 

it looks like that the core 3 ends in unhandled exception for some reason. Are you able locate which instruction invoke IVOR1 ? (try to step by step debug on Z2_3 core).
