S32DS For1.2 ProcessorExpert Problem

  I have successfully installed S32ds for 1.2,But my computer can not connect to the network.I can not install ProcessorExpert  as shown in the following figure.Can you tell me how to install ProcessorExpertin in any other way, or have a PE executable I can install locally?
