DDR test validation don't work at S32 DS 3.6

Hi S32 DS team,

Using S32 Design Studio version 3.6.0, build ID 241128, on Windows 11. When running any (f.e. Firmware Init Test) for the DDR, get following error. Apparently S32G SDK scripts use python version 2, whereas the installation of S32 Design studio has python3(S32DS\build_tools\msys32\mingw64\bin) and python2(S32DS\build_tools\msys32\mingw32\bin).

Seems the tool use python3 but the script is python2. 

How could you fix this bug, can S32DS DDR tool config which python version to use. Or update the DDR tool python script thanks!

What RTD version is the customer using? Please check if the RTD version matches the S32DS.

Can you please point me to the exact Version of RTD as well as Design Studio?

My current DS3.5 is not able to install RTD Version 5 for some reason.

please create JIRA ticket on our internal pages for this bug. It looks, that the python script is not properly ported from Python 2.7 to Python 3.

@Tianxiang_Huang We are using the v3.6.2 of the S32 DS and the problem still exists. Would need a solution on v3.6.2 base. Is it solved at all?

For me the the following IDE and RTD worked:
Design Suite : S32DS v3.5.12 (Update 12)
RTD Version :
SW32_RTD_4.4_5.0.0_QLP04_D2511
SW32G_RTD_4.4_5.0.0_D2410.

Thanks Arun, I guess the v3.5.12 uses Python 2.7 and thats why it works. I don't know whether there is an impact by not using the v3.6.2 just for the validation of the DDR RAM configuration, that is configured in v3.6.2

Are you target for the S32G DDR test?

So far, the recommended DS version for S32G RTD(including the DDR tool) is v3.5 update 13. 

Please use the correct version. Thanks
