Can you please give me a direct link to download the S32DS for Power Architecture as .EXE file not zip file . I searched but didn't find

I downloaded and installed it but when I run it it gives this although S32DS for S32 platform is run on my device

I think this is because it is for win32 only not 64 (however it must be supported by both win32 and win64)? Is there another one for win64?

Both 32bit and 64bit systems are supported. You can find in the installation guide:

I reinstalled this version of S32DS short time ago and there's no problem with the installation package. 

In this case, I would try some general recommendations like:

Is it a must to flash the MPC5744P by S32DS for the first time only and then I can use RAppID Boot Loader Utility or ?
