Hi Tom,
The most of the MC9S12 device families which are active and in production are based on 180nm process technology such as S12XE, S12G and MagniV devices based on S12Z core such as S12ZVM, S12ZVL, S12ZVC etc.
Some other families are based on 250nm process technology such as S12A/B/C/D/E, S12P, S12XD and few more.
