      I want to know how to map EEPROM of S9S12ZVL32F0MLF into memory map. 

      And then I want to know  how to read and prorgam eeprom using memory map eeprom address?

      Could you help me?

Hello Xin,

The S12ZVL32 MCU includes 128 B EEPROM and the start is at the address 0x100000.

The read/program/erase EEPROM example code for the S12ZVL32 can be found in the attachment.

Our project is using MPC5644A, and we need save datas when MCU working.I am studying on MPC5xxx Freescale EEPROM Emulation Drivers for a while, but it doesn't have demo for MPC5644A, and I cannot import those drivers. If you have the demo about MPC5644A, please share it with me ?
