if it is related to S12(X) devices then codewarrior v.5.2 classic evaluation , considering following workaround...
Programming in the assembler has no limitations. Moreover, it works like full version for the first 30 days. Then C functions and function ranges are limited for C code.

In the case of MagniV devices like S12ZVMx, S12ZVC, S12ZVL the codewarrior 11 eclipse should beused.
