Why the mc9s12zvm128 microcontroller is easy to damage

I am use the MC9S12ZVM128  microcontroller .

In the process of application I find the Mc9s12zvm128’s VBS0~VBS3 are  easy to damage, Circuit diagram is as follows:

I would like to recommend an optional RC filter to VBS pin (for all three phases) that it be used to avoid overshoot above the maximum voltage on VBS pin. The RC filter needs to be carefully designed in order not to influence the charging time of the bootstrap capacitor CBS.
