Which chip I should select?

HI, All,

   I have a question. Out application need 64k flash space. There are so many HCS12 chips with 64K flash space. Which one should I select? Please advice.

hi:

select it by the i/o requirements you have. the xdp512 has 6 sci ports if you're looking for something serial weighted. the e128 only has a few serial ports, but is big on timer sections.
