Hi,

S9S12VR48AF0VLC... F0 is a code for mask set 0N59H which also points to a factory.

- S9S12VR48AF0VLC ... mask set 0N59H
- S9S12VR48AL0VLC ... mask set 0P79C
These two devices are absolutely the same, mask sets are the same but two different factories.

The newer code (the second letter A in S9S12VR48AAVLCR) determines the same mask set but the factory can not be recognized.

So, mask set A = mask set F0(0N59H) = mask set L0(0P79C)
or
S9S12VR48AAVLCR = S9S12VR48AF0VLC = S9S12VR48AL0VLC

The difference is the only in a delivery option where "R" means tape&reel. If there is no "R" then it is Tray.

Best regards,

Ladislav
