Size of PFlash and DFlash in S12XEP100 target?

Hello,

I want to know the size of P-Flash and D-Flash in S12XEP100 target. Where is this given? (i am new to freescale micro-controllers)

1MB of P-flash and 32kB of D-flash. It all is specified in MC9S12XEP100 datasheet.

But the manual (MC9S12XEP100RMV1.pdf) also has chapters on

• 128K (S12XFTM128K2V1),
• 256K (S12XFTM256K2V1),
• 384K (S12XFTM384K2V1),
• 512K (S12XFTM512K3V1),
• 768K (S12XFTM768K4V2) and
• 1M (S12XFTM1024K5V2).

How to identify which one is for S12XEP100 target?

If it's not clear what chapters belong to XEP100, what not, you may submit Service Request regarding documentation improvemets.
