S9GN48VLC 1N75C … this is general part number and mask set however shortened.
Because part number must be shortened because of production possibilities. (length of part number plus mask set)
The part number is shortened to the form to be device still identifiable.
The device is S9S12GN48VLC and mask set which defines errata is 1N75C.
Moreover, never labeling contains mask set included into the part number (mask set specific device … required by automotive industry)
So the part number is converted to S9S12GN48F1VLC …. F1 means mask set 1N75C (better mask N75C revision 1)
