S12ZVL ADC Resolution

I'm using the S12ZVL64  chip. I use processor expert to configure the ADC module. With PE I can select 12 bits mode. But according to the reference manual S12ZVL64 doesn't support 12 bits mode. 

Is there something wrong?

Hello,

I have checked the ADC settings and I can see the same setting as you. So, there is nothing wrong on your side. Just follow the reference manual and select the proper resolution of your device.

However, PE is a tool which should help you with your settings, but you should always follow the Reference Manual.
