Hi All,

In MC9S12DJ64 controller, How many ERASE/WRITE cycles are guaranteed for the EEPROM.

The manual (A.32 NVM Reliability) says min 10000 cycles in temperatures below 0 dgr C, and min 100000 cycles in temperatures above 0 dgr C.

hello:

i don't know the value off hand but it should be listed under electrical spefications. the spec is for the entire temperature range and unless you are using the board in harsh temperatures the number is actually quite a low estimate.
