OSEK OS For HCS12x Microcontroller

Hello Experts,

I am using MC9S12XEP100RMV1 for my project. As per the code warrior documentation OSEK os is available and compatible for micro. 

Can any one suggest open source OS for the above micro(with some ref documents).

Free rtos supports HCS12 & S12X but what about codewarrior?

Does codewarrior has freertos awareness?

The article refers to compiler & processor expert.

Unfortunately there is no reference about the debugger.

Without any information about the tasks, the rtos is almost useless.

On the other hand I cannot believe that the most common rtos is not supported by the debugger.

So, does anyone really use freertos on HCS12 or S12X controllers?

Hi Eric,

which debugger are you using? I assume HIWAVE with CodeWarrior classic 5.1? At least this is what I'm using.

There is no kernel awareness in that HIWAVE debugger for FreeRTOS.

Thinkinig about alternatives: The Lauterbach debugger comes to my mind which includes dedicated views for FreeRTOS, in case you are not aware of it.
