Non-writable memory in RAM on 9s12dj256

Hello all,

I am working on a drop in upgrade from a DG128 to a DJ256. After modifying the memory allocations in my linker and programming the MCU with a USB BDM, the top of my RAM segment (3000h - 3FFFh) becomes read only. Any ideas why this might be?

Did you set RAMHAL bit in INITRM?
