Minimum motor drive supply voltage with GDU Boost

Hello All,

I am using S12 MagniV ZVML64 [GDUV4]. I have the GDU boost option "enabled" and is verified by probing the VSUP and VLS_OUT signal

Given this setting , "theoretically speaking"  what could be the minimum motor driving supply voltage [Vsup]

Hi @pratibhasurabhi,

The boost converter is operational until the MCU is reset by the Low-voltage reset (LVR) circuit.

AN5207 Hardware Design Guidelines for S12ZVM Microcontrollers

Section 7.7 Boost converter shows a design example with Vin = 3.5V, Vout = 11 and 70mA load.
