MM9Z1_638 calibration excel file

Hi everyone,

I use MM9Z1_638 but in my own board. In forum, ı have read that there is MM9Z1_638_calibration_v2_1.xlsx file for calibration. I would appreciate it if could anyone share this file since ı could not find it in NXP website
