There is no such calculator and I do not think such calculator is necessary.
f_iic = fbus / SCL Divider
so
SCL Divider = fbus / f_iic
For example;
fbus = 32,000,000 Hz
f_iic = 100,000 Hz
SCL Divider = 32,000,000 / 100,000 = 320
Now, go to the Table 16-7. IIC Divider and Hold Values and search for 320 in the SCL Divider column.
There are more results for different IBFD[7:6], MUL in the table. The difference is then in SDA hold clocks.
Final value for clock setup is IBFD = IBC[7:0] = code from the first column of the table.
