• I cannot create a new case because it doesn't like my email how do I correct this

Hello Patrick,

technical support can be provided by community forum if you are registered with generic email domain.
If you will register with your company email address then you can submit a support ticket:
https://www.nxp.com/support/support:SUPPORTHOME

If you are login with your generic email please note that you will be able to create only community post on the NXP forum community.nxp.com
