We have designed a water pump control board according to the program and schematic provided on the official website. The rated power of the water pump is 450w, and after testing, the efficiency of the controller is about 90%. Figure 1 shows the physical image of the controller we designed. But when we were browsing other articles, we found that the same NXP chip water pump chip claimed that their controller efficiency could reach 95%. We felt that this data was unreliable because they all used the same chip and hardware circuit, and the only difference was the selection of MOS. However, the gap was so large. May I ask if there was any problem with their controller data? The picture shows their controller PCB and physical image.
