How to check source and sink current from the datasheet?

We choose the controller MC68HC16Z1CFC25 for our product. I need source and sink current of the controller so that it will be useful for my project. How to get these values from the datasheet?

It would be very appreciated for the answer.

This is specified in the datasheet:

In the table below, you can find the sink/source current and the expected max. voltage drop from VDD/VSS at the corresponding current load.
