How do I connect External RAM to the MC9S12DJ256?

I want to connect an extra 256kbytes of RAM to a MC9S12DJ256 device. Could someone advise me what my options are and point me to an example circuit please. I do not need external flash and the RAM will be used for data not instruction storage.
