Hello I am using MC9S12XEP100 and trying to configure Data flash for storing in non volatile memory. I have set FCLKDIV data as per oscillator frequency but FDIVLD bit is not set.

oscillator frequency is 4MHz and I have kept FCLKDIV  as 0x03.  I have also noted that ACCERR bit is set to 1.

I am working on Full Chip Simulation mode.

Hi,

I'm afraid, the simulator is only for the core CPU and not for peripherals such as Flash.
