Hi,

I have some question about HVI as follow:

How many input voltage range will be measure by ADC? 

  1. RatioL_HVI (2:1)
  2. RatioH_HVI (6:1)
  3. By pass divider

VHVI= -27 ~ +42V (in Table G-2. Absolute Maximum Ratings - High Voltage Input Pins - Port L)

What happen when i connect +15V to HVI pin with Ratio of 2:1, 6:1 or bypass?

Hi,

 

The ADC input voltage must be in range of V_RL; V_RH.

An input level that exceeds this range will be clipped.

 

In case of HVI, the input voltage cannot reach the full scale of the ADC.

See absolute error on ADC (HVI Electrical Characteristics, Table G-1).

Hi,

 

The ADC input voltage must be in range of V_RL; V_RH.

An input level that exceeds this range will be clipped.

 

In case of HVI, the input voltage cannot reach the full scale of the ADC.

See absolute error on ADC (HVI Electrical Characteristics, Table G-1).
