HCS12 Serial Bootloader Help?

I use MC9s12DP256, and CW4.5

AS for the reqiurement of projetc. We need to update the code by Serial port.

So we need Bootloader to doowload code? But we are beginner at the this aspect.

Please help us to get the Bootloader ?

and How to operate Bootloader?

All you need is to send S-Records to the Target board ? Is that what you need to do?

You could use the Serial Bootloader for this purpose if you want to overwrite the d-bug12 monitor that's already in flash. However, if you want full debugging (single-step, breakpoints, etc) at the C source level you'll need to get a BDM device.
