Do we need admin/elevated access for flashing using Codewarrior ?

Hi

I am trying to perform remote flashing using TCL script triggered through batch file. 

Whenever I try to execute without elevated/admin access, CW opens but no further execution whereas it works if triggered with admin access.

Just wanted to know that is it mandatory to trigger that way or some work around ?

Hi,

I'm not much familiar with TCL and CW flashing tools, but it looks that for some HW communication are escalated privileges required. 

Other possibility is that the tool is installed to the path with restricted access.
