Custom BDM frogrammer for HCS12, S12X

Hello,

We are going to develop a custom BDM programmer for mc9s12dg256, mc9s12xdt512 and mc9s12xeq512 controllers.

Does anyone know if nxp give any schematics or/and software for a BDM programmer to use them as starting point?

I also found one old folder in my PC (attached) but research is up to you.

BTW; why to invent already existing?   Effort and price of the development  lead me to www.pemicro.com usb bdm multilink. This interface together with hiwave.exe which is a part of CodeWarrior provides you programing of S19 files (for free) together with debuging possibilities if you use entire IDE. You can also buy programmer from pemicro.

We provide our customers with a box for calibration, testing, configuration and firmware update through the bootloader. Some older devices do not have a bootloader and we want to add a firmware update via the BDM port.

It is convenient for our customers to have an all-in-one box
