Connection type issue in Hardware or Simulator connection setting from codewarrior

Dear All,

I want to flash the code using PE multilink debugger for S12ZVM MCU. For this I am creating the connection as shown in below image, but when I select the connection type as P&E S12Z Multilink option, Codewarrior is getting closed automatically. So I am unable to flash my code.

Please let me know what will be the issue.

Hard to say what is the issue here.

But why you need to create this new connection?

Can you please elaborate?
