CAN Bootloader for MC9S12P128

Hello everybody 

I have been assigned the task of writing a CAN bootloader for the  MC9S12P128 chip. I am new to the world of the HCS12 family and would  like any info on where to start to look for information on the process of building a bootloader

Not sure how we miss this question, anyway here is some information.

Unfortunately, there isn't a CAN bootloader developed for S12P and similar MCU family.
So far there is SCI bootloader:

There is CAN bootloader, but for MagniV devices based on S12Z CPU.
