Bootloader for NE64

I develop NE64_OpenTCP with CodeWarrior+P&E ICD Programming.

Finaly.I want to update firmware without P&E ICD Programming.

Which way for do it.?

if use bootloader.How to use bootloader for programming NE_Opentcp via RS-232 .

If you have the Freescale Serial Monitor installed in your NE64 then you can upload SREC files via SCI0.

The serial monitor can be loaded using P&E (if not already loaded) or using a DEMOS12NE64. See the following link sfor a software to load to the DEMOS12NE64 (or other boards) to convert it to a BDM and also a free serial loading software:
