Hi

Thanks for the earlier support..

i am using MC9S12Z. micro, on my application i have configured the BATS module for generating low voltage interrupt. i have configured Low Voltage Warning (LBI 1).. At 25 deg ambient temperature it was working as defined in datasheet voltage level but if kept the micro in -40 deg c, voltage level will be vary around 0.2 to 0.4V. let me know, this is the intended behavior for at -40 deg c.

example: at 25 deg, BATS interrupt occurs within the defined range in datasheet

at -40 deg BATS interrupt occurs 0.2  to 0.4V for defined range.

Please need some support on this..

Regards,

venkat.

hi,

I am using micro of MC9S12ZVL128.

i had measured Vsup voltage 5.6 V, at Ambient Temp 25 deg C

where as at -40 deg C Vsup Voltage is 5.4V.

there will be a 0.2 V differed.

so, what was concern here, let me know, this behavior is intended or not ?

Hi,

I'm not sure if I understand.

Both results are within the specification.

Hi Venkat,
Could you please specify the S12Z derivative?
What exact LBI1 assert values do you get at -40C?

Thanks,
BR, Daniel
