Ansif and mm9z1

I encounter a weird problem using ansif with a mm9z1.

Sometimes, one of my float (not all) seems to be corrupted by a factor 2 when i use it.

All Other operations works well within the same routine.

Behaviour is not systematic 

Could some carry or things like that perturbs ansif?

Any idea?
