AC motor circuits - DC Injection Brake circuit

I am looking for any help I can get.

I am building a DC injection brake for three phase AC motors.

Recommended MCU, existing circuits, recommended reading.... anything would be great help.

Not sure what a DC Brake is, but the PWM on S12E and S12XF is good for driving 3 phase motors.
