Hi iggi thank you i ask freescale but i don't get information (customer specific ic only customer can get information) over Motorola Logo can reading ECO STC-1.3 (eco german electronic manufacturer) 915.012 .

This seems to be some old HC05 or HC11 part. Don't you have the exact part number?

The characters you provided are maskset and LOT code which does not help much.

Still, HC05 and HC11 are obsolete products. You would need to look for the part at distributors.

If you've been told the device is customer specific, then i'm afraid i can't help you more.
It looks like you might want to hack the micro :-)

The 68000 series are MPUs which means no flash on chip. And also this series you want find in 40-pin DIP package.
