3D Step File for DEVKIT-S12ZVC

Hello,

I'm looking for a complete DEVKIT-S12ZVC board 3d step file but can't find one in the

"DEVKIT-S12ZVC - Printed Circuit Board bill of materials and design files"

Short of getting an ORCAD license to load the board files and potentially being unsuccessful, I was wondering if anyone has or could generate the 3d step file?

Was able to convert board files using the following guide How to import Allegro files to Altium (hybrid of Option 1 and Option 2) after getting an ORCAD trial. (and running the cmd line in admin mode and importing the *.brd.alg)
