We are using MIMXRT1064CVJ5B and have designed a board for the same. We have the boot pins fanned out and can go to serial downloader mode and upload a bootloader with TTL communication to the IC but when we try connecting the Jlink (With the boot setting as defined in datasheet) to the IC, it can not connect to the target. We would need understanding how can this happen as we can upload the code through serial downloader but not through the debug port.
We would need your help understanding the same.
