nfs boot failure

I am trying to boot a P3041DS over NFS, but got this failure. Please help. Complete boot log is attached. The host PC is running SUSE 12.1.

Does NFS root work for other devices?

I am able to boot over NFS with an ubuntu 10.04 server.
