how to get the program RAM size？

Usually memory configuration file contains information about RAM size. Check your project configuration.

NXP offers CodeWarrior 10.5.1 for QorIQ processor:

This CodeWarrior uses .tcl file for hardware initialization and .mem files for RAM size.
