U-BOOT DDR Memory Fill (mw command)

When using memory fill (mw command) with 1MB
Only about 3 DDR write commands (CS#=WE#=CAS#='0') occur.
How can I reliably generate DDR write commands?

You could use "mtest" command in u-boot to do DDR memory test.
