Look at the AppNote-FlashProgrammer-PowerArchitecture.pdf file, This file is available in CodeWarrior folder using the following path:
C:\Freescale\CW_PA_v10.5.1\PA\PA_Tools\FlashToolKit\Documentation
This file also is available in the attachment.
Use this file to add new Flash in CodeWarrior Flash Programmer.
